We will start at some point around the weekend of April 19th, probably in London (where I live), probably to where Bear lives (in Brighton). And that’s about as planned as it gets. We might go fixed. We might go single speed (Mine is the Charge Plug, he has a rather lovely Surly Crosscheck. We might camp. We might not.
At least the one bit of certainty is that it will be hard, but a huge amount of fun. And to capture the journey both in and out of the saddle we have created this blog. We will use it to plan the route, what to take and report on what happens.
It’s got to be a better way to have an early mid-life you-know-what than getting a fast car, or a 20-something girlfriend, right?!
